Banana Pops

Here’s the recipe… (slightly revised according to my taste lol)

Ingredients –

  • 4 large bananas (preferrably lakatan variety)
  • 1 cup of fruit-flavored yogurt or all purpose cream if you don’t like the taste of yogurt
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes cereal (frosted – tastes better)
  • 1. Put the yogurt/cream in the freezer for at least one hour until the consistency is thick enough to handle.
    2. Peel the bananas and cut into 4 equal pieces diagonally.
    3. Dip the cut pieces of bananas into the yogurt/cream until it is fully coated.

    4. Roll the bananas into the crushed cornflakes.
    5. Store in the freezer.
    6. Share and enjoy with someone while cuddling on the couch watching dvds together
